Goli Baje – Mangalore Specialty Dish

Ingredients
Maida – 1 cup
Jeera – 1tsp
Hing- pinch
Green chillies – 2-3
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Grated coconut – 2 tsp(optional)
Daniya leaves finely chopped – 1 tsp
Sour curds – for mixing the dough
Salt
Cooking Instructions
Take maida, add green chillies, jeera, hing, salt, ginger,daniya
Mix it with curds into a thick paste consistency
Keep this batter aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Deep fry and serve it hot with coconut chutney
