Coconut Chutney – Mangalore Style

Ingredients
Grated coconut 1/2 Cup
Roasted Channa daal 1/4 cup
Green chilli 1
Onion 1
Ginger 1/4 inch
Garlic 2 flakes
Sour curds 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Cooking Instructions
Grind together coconut, Channa daal, green chilli, onions, ginger, garlic, curds to a fine paste. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard. When mustard splutters add the red chillies and the curry leaves and pour all of these over the chutney
