Zuchinni Chutney – Chutney

Ingredients

Chopped Zuchinni – 1 cup (with the skin)
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Channa daal – 1/2 tsp
Green chillies – 2
Pinch of turmeric
Salt
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard- wait till it crackles
Add jeera, urad daal,green chillies, channa daal, turmeric and chopped zuchinni
Add salt
Stir fry all the ingredients well for few minutes until zuchinni gets soft.
Cool it and then put it into the blender to make a smooth paste.
