Heerekai Chutney (Chinese Okra) – Andhra Style Chutney

Ingredients
Heerekai – 2 medium size (cut into small pieces)
green chillies – 3
tamarind – lemon size
jeera – 1tsp
mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
urad daal – 1 tsp
chana daal – 1 tsp
curry leaves – few
salt
Cooking Instructions
In a pan heat 3 tsp oil
Add small pieces of heerekai along with all the above ingredients
Allow it to cook for 10 mins (do not add any water)
Cool it and then put it in a blender to make a smooth paste
season it with oil mustard seeds and curry leaves
Serve it hot with dosa or Idli
