Ingredients
Brinjal – 5 medium size
Green chillies – 4
garlic – 4 cloves
Tamarind – lemon size
salt
Cooking Instructions
Cut brinjal length wise into long pieces and as thin as possible
Heat 2 tsp oil in a wide pan
put the brinjal pieces and let them fry in oil until light brown
now add green chillies and garlic
saute for 6 mins and then add salt
Cool it and then put it in the blender along with tamarind
Season the chutney with 2 tsp oil, mustard seeds, 1 red chilli and curry leaves
